While executing our core functions as provided in all Articles of a registered COTUL Constitution 2021, we are determined and remain committed to ensuring that our esteemed members are constantly and timely provided with accurate, relevant and up-to-date information that meets the academic and research needs of their institutions. Through this website, we demonstrate to our esteemed members our conviction to realize our vision, mission and core functions of COTUL.
