Submission Guidelines
- All abstracts should be in English, using appropriate words and correct grammar.
- Abstracts should have a maximum of 300 words.
- Abstracts should contain: title, full author(s) details, background, purpose, methods, key findings, conclusion and originality or contribution.
- All abstracts should be sent in MS Word document format to the COTUL secretariat.
Important Dates
- 20th May 2026 — Submission of abstracts
- 20th June 2026 — Notification of accepted abstracts
- 30th August 2026 — Submission of full papers
- 30th September 2026 — Notification of accepted papers
- 30th October 2026 — Submission of presentations
Conference Dates: 14th to 18th December 2026
All accepted/presented papers will appear in the COTUL Conference Proceedings.
