The Consortium of Tanzania University and Research Libraries (COTUL) is pleased to announce the forthcoming 8th Scientific Conference, Training Workshop and Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to take place from 14th to 18th December 2026 in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania.

As COTUL’s flagship annual event, the conference will bring together librarians, information professionals, researchers, academicians, university leaders, policymakers, ICT experts, publishers, development partners, and stakeholders from across Tanzania and beyond to discuss emerging trends, opportunities, and innovations in library and information services.
